Mat Yelavich
Chief Technology & Information Officer
An experienced technology executive with a strong background in leading large and complex technology change initiatives, Mat has delivered solutions for some of the largest and most respected global media and entertainment brands across Australia, the UK and the Middle East.
Mat joined oOh!media in October 2021 as Chief Technology & Information Officer to lead various digital transformation initiatives at a time of increasing opportunities for the Out of Home sector.
Previously he was CIO for Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, and before that spent 10 years at Nine Entertainment in several positions, including Group Chief Information Officer. He played a major role in the digital transformation of one of Australia’s largest media organisations, leading the technology strategy as well as the extensive integration work following Nine’s acquisition of Fairfax Media.
Mat brings to his role expertise in product engineering, cloud technologies, cyber security and using data to drive personalisation. He is passionate about building culture to support business outcomes and unlock innovation – an approach that has received industry-wide recognition.
Andrew Every
Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer
Joining oOh!media in 2024, Andrew specialises in leading at the interface of strategy and transformation, fostering inclusive collaboration with boards, leadership teams, staff and external partners.
Andrew is recognised for his expertise in solving critical challenges with innovative commercial solutions, achieving sustainable growth, and generating competitive advantage through sound judgment, stakeholder engagement and transformative change.
Before joining oOh!, Andrew served as the Executive General Manager of Strategy, and Transformation at the NRL, where he led the partnerships with the league’s long-term major media partners and spearheaded a number of improved financial and outcomes.
Prior to the NRL, Andrew worked as an executive leader in Telstra’s Media business which included driving the growth of Foxtel, Telstra TV and Telstra’s live sports apps. He also has previous Out of Home experience having spent 10 years working with Adshel, a key client during his career at PwC.
Bel Harper
Executive Group Director - Product Strategy
Bel leads oOh!’s product strategy, network and solutions teams and is a member of the oOh!media Executive Leadership Team. As a 25 year veteran in the Out of Home industry, Bel has worked in the Australian and North American markets for major OOH companies including JCDecaux, APN Outdoor, EyeCorp and since 2012 at oOh!media.
With roles across Sales, Product Strategy and Commercial, Bel’s experience includes monetising products and developing value propositions that work for brands and commercial partners across the spectrum of OOH formats - Retail, Airports, Qantas Lounges & Inflight media, Street Furniture and Billboards. Bel also works closely with the Bid, Commercial and Finance teams on major bids for key contracts across all OOH formats.
Bel was oOh!'s employee of the Year 2021, was awarded the inaugural OMA Outstanding Service Award in 2021 and has twice been a finalist in both B&T Women in Media and B&T Best of the Best within the Strategy category.
