With over 20 years’ entrepreneurial and executive experience encompassing Out of Home, publishing, digital, e-commerce, marketing and creative services, Neil oversees oOh!media’s content, marketing & creative team and leads POLY, oOh!’s creative and content innovation hub, launched to inspire advertisers and agencies to push the Out of Home creative boundaries.
Neil became part of oOh!’s Executive Leadership Team in 2018 and is recognised for his strong vision, creative and strategic skills, which are complemented by a data-driven approach to decision making and planning and an inherent understanding of the future of media. He has earned the reputation as a creative and visionary leader having previously founded several award-winning media and content businesses including Junkee Media which was acquired by oOh! in 2016.
Lisa Green
Chief People & Culture Officer
With more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources, employee relations, and vendor management, Lisa’s appointment to oOh!media in 2024 brings expertise in leading business transformation initiatives during times of significant growth.
In her most recent role at the ASX, Lisa led diversity, learning and development, recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefit structures, HR policies and systems, employee alignment, and engagement initiatives.
Lisa also has extensive local and international experience in the financial services sector, having held senior positions with Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, and JP Morgan in Sydney and New York.
With core competencies in change management, stakeholder engagement, and leadership development, Lisa has a strong record in supporting organisational growth, creating high-performance cultures that foster collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Mat Yelavich
Chief Technology & Information Officer
An experienced technology executive with a strong background in leading large and complex technology change initiatives, Mat has delivered solutions for some of the largest and most respected global media and entertainment brands across Australia, the UK and the Middle East.
Mat joined oOh!media in October 2021 as Chief Technology & Information Officer to lead various digital transformation initiatives at a time of increasing opportunities for the Out of Home sector.
Previously he was CIO for Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, and before that spent 10 years at Nine Entertainment in several positions, including Group Chief Information Officer. He played a major role in the digital transformation of one of Australia’s largest media organisations, leading the technology strategy as well as the extensive integration work following Nine’s acquisition of Fairfax Media.
Mat brings to his role expertise in product engineering, cloud technologies, cyber security and using data to drive personalisation. He is passionate about building culture to support business outcomes and unlock innovation – an approach that has received industry-wide recognition.
