With more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources, employee relations, and vendor management, Lisa’s appointment to oOh!media in 2024 brings expertise in leading business transformation initiatives during times of significant growth.
In her most recent role at the ASX, Lisa led diversity, learning and development, recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefit structures, HR policies and systems, employee alignment, and engagement initiatives.
Lisa also has extensive local and international experience in the financial services sector, having held senior positions with Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, and JP Morgan in Sydney and New York.
With core competencies in change management, stakeholder engagement, and leadership development, Lisa has a strong record in supporting organisational growth, creating high-performance cultures that foster collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Mark joined oOh! in December 2024, bringing with him a powerhouse combination of media leadership expertise and deep out of home knowledge. Across a career that has spanned television, digital, publishing, agency, and out of home media environments, Mark has consistently delivered standout results and inspired high-performing teams across the board.
Known for his sharp sales acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to lead through change, Mark has made a name for himself as a dynamic force in shaping culture and driving growth —transforming revenue outcomes and elevating performance wherever he goes.
Mark brings his customer-centric vision and unstoppable energy to every aspect of the oOh! business. As Chief Revenue Officer, he is at the helm of oOh!’s ambitious growth strategy, leading the charge on market share expansion and revenue acceleration. He oversees the full sales ecosystem including frontline sales, pricing and product strategy, trading, campaign delivery, marketing and creative solutions.
Andrew Every
Chief Strategy & Retail Media Officer
Joining oOh!media in February 2024, Andrew specialises in leading strategy and transformation and establishing and driving successful commercial partnerships at the edges of media and technology.
In the role of Chief Strategy & Retail Media Officer he is responsible for driving oOh!’s corporate strategy, strategic growth and scaling oOh!’s retail media division; reo.
reo represents retailers’ assets across stores, websites, apps and digital platforms, moving them beyond in-store screens to a full omnichannel digital offering.
Before joining oOh!, Andrew served as the Executive General Manager of Strategy, and Transformation at the NRL, where he led the League’s partnerships with long-term broadcast media partners and spearheaded a selection of growth initiatives.
Prior to the NRL, Andrew worked as an executive leader in Telstra’s Media business which included driving the growth of Foxtel, Telstra TV and Telstra’s live sports and music products. Andrew’s professional experience includes the best part of 10 years working with Adshel as a key client during his career at PwC.
